A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Business Real Estate team in San Diego, CA. Duties

• Provide personalized legal representation and draft customized documents for clients.
• Respond to client concerns to enhance and retain business.
• Participate in industry organizations to increase the firm's visibility.
• Represent the firm internally and externally.
• Support legal and management goals as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. and an active California Bar license.
• 5+ years' experience as a licensed California attorney.
• Significant estate planning experience required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter comfortable appearing before the Court.
• Organized and able to communicate respectfully.
• Willing to present seminars and webinars.

Education

• Graduate degree in law.

Certifications

• State Bar Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law certification preferred.

Skills

• Experience in litigation preferred.
• Partial book of business a plus.
