Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Registered with the USPTO or eligible to register.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Bar, or eligible to waive in.
  • Strong background in wireless technologies and AI.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Certifications

  • Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO).

Skills

  • Experience in patent prosecution for wireless and AI technologies.
  • Client liaison and portfolio management skills.
  • Preferred experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and related AI fields.
