Duties

• Engage in defense litigation across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Licensed in at least two states, including Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, or Alabama.
• 3-5 years of experience in employment and general liability defense preferred.
• Some combination of experience in one or more practice areas, including employment law, premises liability, general casualty, workers' compensation, and/or insurance coverage.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one required state.
