New Orleans office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trial attorney preferably with 3+ years of experience defending personal injury matters. The candidate will represent clients in court, advocate on their behalf, and fight for their rights. Represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, memoranda, trial briefs, and other legal documents on assigned cases. Maintain knowledge of all relevant statutes, case law, office, and trial-related technology. Experience in personal injury law is required. Trial experience is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills are required. Strong communication skills are needed for courtroom presentations. Should have the ability to develop trial and pre-trial strategies. The firm offers medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, and 3 weeks of paid holidays.
