Duties

• Draft and negotiate merger and purchase agreements.
• Manage complex joint ventures.
• Prepare public company filings related to transactions, such as 8-Ks and Merger Proxies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with public and private transactions.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
