Job Overview

Duties

  • Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases.

  • Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product.
  • Maintain an average of 165+ billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Arizona.
  • Dual licensure in Arizona and Texas is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
