Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Insurance Defense Partner in Scottsdale, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team and manage a diverse caseload in insurance defense.

Duties

  • Lead counsel on day-to-day case management.
  • Communicate independently with clients.
  • Develop and manage cases with autonomy.
  • Collaborate with trial-level lawyers as needed.
  • Engage actively in one or more defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of insurance defense experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing in Arizona.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.

Skills

  • Strong trial and litigation skills.
  • Excellent client communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
