Miami office of our client seeks immigration associate attorney with litigation experience. The candidate will work directly with the owner and attorneys to support the team and help the clients. Will take ownership of a clients case - federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases. Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies. Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work. Serve in felony and misdemeanor cases: discovery, pleadings, and motions; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and criminal trials.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

This immigration law firm has offices in Miami and Clewiston, Florida, and San Miguel de Allende and Tulum, Mexico. The firm serves clients across the United States and in foreign countries as well. Its practice areas include domestic violence victims' visa, immigration and criminal defense, family immigration, citizenship and naturalization, asylum, business immigration, and more. Its attorneys have vast experience in these areas of law.
