A law firm seeks a Trust and Estates Attorney with 5 or more years of estate planning experience to join its Tax Practice Team in either California or Arizona. The role involves working directly with clients to design and implement comprehensive estate plans.

Duties

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, deeds, and powers of attorney.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters.
• Prepare Form 706 estate tax returns.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals on complex estate tax planning needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estate planning experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• International estate planning experience is a plus.
• Fluency in a foreign language, such as Spanish or Vietnamese, is advantageous.

Education

• Top-tier academic credentials required.

Certifications

• California or Arizona license required, depending on location.
• Tax background (e.g., tax LL.M, CPA) preferred.
