Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney in Anaheim, CA. The successful candidate will handle a variety of employment cases, including wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. This role offers the opportunity to work from case inception to trial, supported by a dedicated team.

Duties

  • Handle all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including case strategy and trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Manage caseload independently while collaborating with team members.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active State Bar membership in California.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in employment/labor law or similar fields.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active State Bar membership in California.
