Job Overview

Duties

• Advise on derivatives transactions involving commodities, IRS, FX, and credit derivatives.
• Work with investment managers, financial institutions, and emerging companies.
• Navigate Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and SEC regulations.
• Engage in FinTech and crypto trading matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with transactional matters in derivatives.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
