Duties:

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• A strong background in Workers' Compensation law with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases at once.
• Knowledge of legal ethics and confidentiality obligations.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• South Carolina Bar License (Required).
