Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Career Associate with over 8 years of civil litigation experience to join their team in Washington, DC. This role involves managing a large docket of cases for a major technology client, with opportunities to engage in financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and drive fact development efforts.
• Draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents.
• Engage in discovery, including e-discovery tasks.
• Manage cases and projects, ensuring proactive deadline management.
• Participate in oral arguments to build client confidence.

Requirements

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
