Job Overview

Candidates will work on diverse cases across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with experienced attorneys and clients.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Interest in civil litigation and insurance defense.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks.
