The role involves supporting the firm's title insurance practice and advising clients on transactional and regulatory matters.

Duties

  • Conduct regulatory due diligence for insurance entity mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist with state insurance department examinations, applications, and licensing matters.
  • Advise on new product or program development in the insurance sector.
  • Provide guidance on transactional and regulatory matters in the settlement services industry.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory matters, real estate transactions, or financial services regulation.
  • Industry experience in title insurance, escrow operations, or settlement services preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
