Associate - Corporate Capital Markets

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with a minimum of two years of experience in capital markets and/or public company representation to join their team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will join the 2nd through 3rd year associate class and contribute to the firm's dynamic Corporate Practice Group.

Duties

• Advise clients on capital markets transactions and public company representation.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on complex securities issues.
• Support clients in navigating public markets and capital raising strategies.
• Engage in innovative deal structuring and capital markets solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in capital markets or public company representation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
