Job Overview

Duties

• Draft briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for, take, or defend depositions.
• Engage in managed care and reimbursement work.
• Address medical malpractice and staffing issues.
• Collaborate with hospitals on legal matters.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in complex litigation.
• Substantial writing experience.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.
• Ambition and team-orientation to grow the practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Tennessee bar admission.
