Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Medical Malpractice Attorney in Columbia, SC. This position requires an active South Carolina Bar license and significant trial experience in medical malpractice cases. Duties

  • Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to prepare cases for success.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in medical malpractice cases.
  • Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
  • Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active South Carolina Bar license.

Skills
