Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Social Security Disability Attorney to join its practice in various locations across the United States, including Atlanta, GA; Irvine, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Knoxville, TN; Phoenix, AZ; and Tampa, FL. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and must possess experience with Social Security Disability hearings.

Duties

• Guide clients through the case process.
• Prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances.
• Manage day-to-day handling of active caseload.
• Delegate work and responsibilities among a team of case staff.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with a State Bar Association.
• Experience with Social Security Disability hearings.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
