Job Overview

This role involves managing a large docket of cases for a major technology client, with opportunities to engage in financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and drive fact development efforts.
• Draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents.
• Participate in discovery processes, including e-discovery.
• Manage cases and projects, ensuring proactive deadline management.
• Engage in oral arguments to build client confidence.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation.

Education
