Duties

• Engage in class actions and sophisticated litigation.
• Manage all aspects of discovery with support from the eDiscovery team.
• Prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Draft motions and mediation statements.
• Collaborate directly with clients on complex disputes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.
