Duties

  • Structure, negotiate, and form private investment funds and management companies.
  • Form and operate venture capital funds and related entities.

  • Represent sponsors in diverse investment strategies and structures.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate or transactional law, focusing on investment funds.
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage clients and opposing counsel effectively.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
