Securitization and Structured Finance Associate / Senior Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a securitization and structured finance associate or senior associate for its practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional work related to asset-backed securities and structured credit transactions.

Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents for ABS offerings.
• Engage in complex structured credit transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on Oil & Gas ABS finance matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance.
• Experience with Oil & Gas or esoteric ABS asset classes preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Strong transactional and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
