Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join its national Real Estate practice in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate finance, particularly on the lender's counsel side of multifamily housing finance and construction/permanent loans.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan documents.
• Coordinate with paralegals on title, surveys, and checklists.
• Communicate directly with lenders, borrowers, and counsel.

Requirements

• Strong real estate finance experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with transactions from beginning to end.
• Georgia Bar admission or pending.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
