Duties

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.

  • Oversee transactions from inception to closing, preparing necessary documents and facilitating closings.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to New York State Bar.
  • 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience with minimal oversight.
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
