Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its corporate department in Omaha. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. The role involves significant deal responsibility and meaningful client contact, working closely with experienced partners.

Duties

• Review, analyze, and draft complex documents accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys.
• Engage in client development activities.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff.

Requirements

• Currently admitted to practice law in Nebraska or able to be admitted within one year.
• 2 or more years of relevant transactional practice experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
