A law firm seeks a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its San Francisco, CA office. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of transactional practices, including project development and financing.

Duties

  • Collaborate with attorneys on renewable energy projects.
  • Engage in project development, commercial, and transactional work.
  • Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in energy transactions or related fields.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, financing, or real estate preferred.
  • Familiarity with tax credit matters is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in California.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.
