Energy and Infrastructure Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate with at least two years of experience to join its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a background in energy and infrastructure finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage in finance, tax equity, and M&A transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in the energy sector.

Requirements

• 2 to 9+ years of relevant experience in energy and infrastructure law.
• Membership to the State Bar of California is required.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
