Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in multiple practice areas, including estate planning and litigation.
  • Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Excellent writing skills for clear legal drafting and documentation.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a legal administrative environment is desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
