Duties

• Advise on public and private mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle shareholder activism and disputes.
• Manage corporate redomiciliations, reorganisations, schemes of arrangement, and restructurings.

Requirements

• 1-5 years post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with public company work.
• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
• Strong document drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High degree of commercial awareness.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
