Duties

• Litigate workers' compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims.
• Collaborate with experienced shareholders and associates for mentorship and skill development.
• Engage in hands-on experience and continuous feedback to develop case management skills.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of litigation experience in workers' compensation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar of Pennsylvania.
