Duties

• Support capital markets and corporate compliance matters.
• Collaborate on securities law, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Engage in M&A and cross-border transactions.
• Participate in public offerings and related activities.

Requirements

• Four to five years of corporate law experience.
• Experience with securities law, including the 1933 and 1934 Acts.
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions involving U.S./Canada, U.S./China, or U.S./Europe.
• Colorado bar admission or eligibility to become admitted.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Colorado bar admission or ability to obtain.
