A well-established and busy litigation firm in Buffalo, NY is seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join its Workers’ Compensation practice. Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation cases

  • Handle hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement conferences

  • Manage case files from inception through resolution

  • Maintain regular client contact and provide status updates

  • Collaborate with legal team on strategy and legal research

  • Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of litigation experience

  • Demonstrated interest in or experience with Workers’ Compensation law

  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
