Duties

  • Advise on venture capital financings, including crypto token rights or token warrants.
  • Manage crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances.
  • Oversee primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets.
  • Create offshore structures related to crypto token and digital asset issuances.
  • Handle general corporate, compensation, and employment matters.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of transactional experience in crypto and blockchain.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and markets.
  • Familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues around crypto tokens is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing.
