Duties

• Develop and maintain legal forms, templates, and guidance materials.
• Monitor and communicate developments in M&A law and practice.
• Organize and manage the internal SharePoint site for resources.
• Collaborate on designing and delivering training programs.
• Draft presentations and materials related to market and legal developments.
• Conduct market research on transactions and industries.
• Evaluate and optimize knowledge management systems and tools.
• Participate in industry organizations and attend relevant events.
• Support business development initiatives and client training programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate M&A experience in a large law firm.
• Excellent writing and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking regarding culture, business processes, and technology.
• Understanding of client needs and knowledge management principles.
