Duties

  • Advise on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and market practices.
  • Coordinate transaction closings and manage documentation processes.
  • Address compliance-related inquiries.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance document review and workflow efficiency.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Stay informed on legal developments and market trends.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice and a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance or related areas.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex financial documents.
  • Understanding of secured transactions, syndicated lending, and acquisition finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
