Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in secured and unsecured commercial lending, project, and structured finance. Duties

  • Participate in project finance and loan syndications.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience.
  • Proficiency in commercial lending and structured finance.
  • Experience with cross-border financings and securitization.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work with cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
