We are seeking to hire an Associate Attorney with 3-12 years of experience to join our growing offices in lower Manhattan and Hackensack, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator, with a focus in the defense of Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims. We are looking for candidates who have handled a case load, taken depositions and have argued dispositive motions.
