A law firm seeks a passionate and skilled Litigation Attorney to join its team of exceptional litigators. Duties:

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to provide exceptional representation.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their goals and concerns are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the bar in New York or Florida, or ability to obtain admission within the first year of employment.
  • 2-6 years of experience is preferred.
  • A demonstrated passion for litigation and a creative approach to legal problem-solving.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to diversity and collaboration.
  • A proven track record of success in legal writing and oral advocacy.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York or Florida.

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex litigation independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong oral advocacy skills for effective client representation in court.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
