• 3+ years of consumer or class action litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research and communication skills.
• Experience in drafting pleadings and briefs.
• Proficiency in managing discovery processes.
• Strong case and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission in good standing to the New York State Bar.
