Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a substantial workload.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a portable business of $500k or more.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar in one of the specified locations.
