Job Overview

Duties

• Manage and execute middle market and lower middle market M&A transactions.

• Assist with outside general counsel work as needed.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant M&A and private equity experience.
• Strong academic performance and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success within a law firm environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
