Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in California or New York. Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, focusing on personal injury or employment law.
  • Licensed to practice law with a strong understanding of state and federal procedures.
  • Proven trial experience in high-stakes situations.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law.
