Duties

  • Lead and supervise case teams, including attorneys, paralegals, and data analysts.
  • Develop legal theories and strategies for complex cases.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Conduct and oversee client and witness interviews.
  • Manage discovery processes and ensure completion.
  • Lead and manage drafting of court and arbitration filings.
  • Evaluate new cases and lead mediation processes.
  • Collaborate on data discovery with associates and data scientists.
  • Lead oral arguments and advocate for wage/hour law expansion.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in complex federal and state litigation.
  • Extensive knowledge of wage and hour laws.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor a litigation team.
  • Strong research, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills for diverse client interaction.
  • Spanish fluency or other language skills desirable.
  • Admitted to practice law in New York or another state and in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New York or another state.
