Duties

• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage in finance, tax equity, and M&A transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in the energy sector.

Requirements

• 2 to 9+ years of relevant experience in energy and infrastructure law.
• Strong motivation and excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of North Carolina.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina.
