Duties

• Lead and support M&A transactions, joint ventures, and financing matters.

• Provide corporate counseling for companies at different growth stages.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver high-quality service.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of corporate and transactional experience at a reputable firm.
• Experience managing significant portions of M&A transactions or financing matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume practice.
• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Washington State Bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Washington State Bar.

• Familiarity with real estate-related corporate or financing transactions is a plus.
