Duties

• Draft materials for public and private securities offerings, SEC disclosures, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Understanding of compliance and disclosure-related securities laws ('34 Act, '33 Act, Regulations S-K, S-X, and MA).
• Experience in securities and capital markets.
• Experience in a highly rated securities practice at a New York firm.
• Preference for candidates with a stable law firm employment history.
• Top academic credentials.

• JD degree
• Bachelor's degree
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
