A law firm seeks an Employment and Labor Partner Attorney with a portable book of business to join their expanding offices in Florida. This position is open to candidates who prefer remote work but are based in Florida.

Duties

  • Represent employers in a full range of labor and employment matters.
  • Provide strategic risk management and compliance counseling.
  • Manage client relationships and handle matters independently.
  • Defend claims involving discrimination, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in employment and labor law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently.
  • Portable book of business required.
  • Admission to the Florida bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
