Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Financial Services Associate in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong understanding of federal securities laws to join their Financial Services group. The team advises a diverse range of clients, from small start-ups to large financial institutions, on fund structures and regulatory matters, including cross-border registration and digital assets.

• Duties
• Advise clients on federal securities laws and regulatory matters.
• Assist with cross-border registration and regulatory examinations.
• Engage in broker-dealer matters and digital asset issues.
• Collaborate with a team on complex financial services projects.

• Requirements
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act.
• Experience with exchange-traded funds, interval funds, or digital assets is a plus.
• Large law firm, in-house, or regulatory agency experience preferred.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
