Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering and Software Team in New York, NY.

Duties

  • Assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on patent litigation matters.
  • Conduct technical research and analysis related to 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
  • Support the team with technical expertise in electrical engineering and software.

Requirements
